The River Project is the largest condominium project in Thailand.

The project has been designed by an international Architect to maximize the views along the river.

The development consists of two towers 72 and 54 levels with comprehensive facilities such as fitness centre, swimming pool etc. all completed to a 5 star finish.

In order to provide maximum flexibility to potential buyers 38 unit types have been designed from a total 834 units.

Given its close location to the river and building size, there are a number of interesting design issues including.

  • Deepest barrette foundations in Thailand
  • 1 level basement built below river level
  • Unitized curtain wall with double glazing to withstanding 4.3 MPA wind pressure
  • Reinforced concrete frame
