Primary aim of the project was to transform the traditional open plan back office into a more user friendly workspace.

The reconfiguration comprised the relocation of the call center to create new classroom 18, add one more classroom no 19 and change director’s office to a new meeting. The reconfigured open plan office accommodates the new call center, a 2nd coffee point, new VDO room, 3 confidential pods, rearranging the post room, archives and kitchen (pantry/coffee point). Existing loose and built in furniture were reused or modifiled as much as possible by specialist nominated subcontract.
