Pandora Thailand intents to build a new 5 storeys administration facility building consisting of approximately 7,940 m2 floor area. The site is situated on plot number A18 at Gemopolis industrial estate, 88 Soi Sukhapiban 2 Soi 31, Kwaeng Dokmai, Khet Praves, Bangkok 10250, Thailand and is comprising approximately 3,984 m2 land area. 

The new facility building will be occupied as follows:

• Ground floor: Office and retail lobby, main plant rooms, well fare shop, toilets and parking.
• 2nd and 3rd floor: Canteen with food service facilities. Plant rooms and toilets.
• 4th floor: Office area for HR, compensation and benefit, learning and development including meeting rooms, store rooms, toilet facilities and M&E rooms.
• 5th floor: Office area for business communication incl. radio and TV studios, learning and training centre, computer centre, library, 2 guestrooms, town hall including meeting rooms, store rooms, toilet facilities and M&E rooms.
• Roof area for recreation.
• One main stair and one emergency exit stair, 2 passenger elevator and 1 service lift.

A further requirement of the project is to achieve LEED Silver certification
